Large areas of coral reefs are suffering of this phenomenon known as 'coral bleaching'. Aquarists who enjoy a marine aquarium with living corals know how it feels. A tank filled with beautiful corals can quickly turn into a white graveyard. Luckily many projects to grow corals have started and seem to be rather succesful.
